In 1996 R. Mancini and Associates Ltd. was retained to provide mechanical and electrical design build documentation and construction management for a new aircraft service facility capable of housing three Boeing 747 aircraft, for Emirates Airlines in Dubai, UAE. This was not a geothermal project; however, it was a very complex fully air-conditioned facility that also included a large office space, service shops, police building and a mosque.
